At Jewelers on State Street, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in every piece you purchase or create with us.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for custom made jewelry. For “made-to-order” or mass-produced items, we will gladly replace or repair any defective pieces at no cost to the customer.
For custom jewelry, while we cannot issue refunds due to the significant investment in labor, materials, and processes, we guarantee the structural integrity of the piece and will replace any lost stones, provide free resizing for rings, and offer a 100% warranty on any issues related to the custom creation..
We are deeply committed to working with you until your jewelry meets our mutual expectations, even to the extent of remaking it if necessary, with improvement until its correct. Recognizing that custom jewelry creation is a luxury art form with inherent risks, we offer a lifetime protection plan that includes prong tightening, stone resetting, and repair services at no extra charge. We do offer returns on premade things we sell in the showroom. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30-45 days for large purchases, or 7-10 days for small.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at joey@jewelersonstatestreet.com and send your item to: 550 State Street, Madison WI, 53703.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 550 State Street, Madison WI, 53703.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
